Dr. Bob is an exceptionally strong leader, who is respected from the shop floor to the board room.  He has an extremely high business acumen, is a highly effective communicator and mentor.   

Dr. Bob has experience across aspects of food manufacturing, both USDA & FDA regulated, and has cross-functional expertise in areas such as engineering, public health, advanced analytics, novel technology research, food processing, smart KPI score boarding and team member development.
